Project Associate System Engineer

§ Support IBM’s marketing department to market IBM’s Branch Banking Automation Product in number of banks in Indonesia such as Bank Bumi Daya, Bank Dagang Negara, Bank EXIM, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank International Indonesia, Bank Bali, ABN AMRO Bank Indonesia and Bank Lippo

§ Project at Bank Bumi Daya: design and implement PC LAN based application on IBM OS/2, IBM LAN Server, and IBM FBSS/LANDP, enhance branch banking application using C language. Also design and implement the fault tolerant LAN environment for their IBM Merva/2 applications use as front end of SWIFT network. This environment also based on IBM OS/2, IBM LAN Server, and IBM DB/2 2.

§ Project at Bank Dagang Negara: develop MIS front-end application based on IBM OS/2, IBM CM/2 and using IBM Easel/2

§ Project at Bank EXIM: design, customize, and support branch-banking application based on IBM OS/2, IBM LAN Server, IBM CM/2 and IBM FBSS/LANDP.

§ Project at Bank Negara Indonesia: design and develop branch-banking application prototype using IBM OS/2, IBM LAN Server, IBM DB/2 2, and IBM CM/2. This prototype was offer by IBM to replaces current mainframe 3270 emulation based application. Also design and setup IBM Merva/2 Link connection to IBM Merva/400 on IBM’s AS/400.

§ Project at Bank International Indonesia: design and develop branch-banking prototype using IBM OS/2, IBM LAN Server, IBM DB/2 2, and IBM CM/2. This prototype was offer by IBM to be used as a front end for current mainframe based application. Design and setup IBM Merva/2 Link connection to IBM Merva/ESA on IBM ES/9000

§ Project at Bank Bali: support branch banking application based on IBM OS/2, IBM LAN Server, and IBM CM/2. Also IBM Merva/2 Link connection to IBM Merva/ESA on IBM ES/9000

§ Project at ABN AMRO Bank Indonesia: support IBM Merva/2 implementation and setup IBM Merva/2 Link connection to IBM Merva/400 run on their IBM’s AS/400.

§ Project at Bank Lippo: Design and develop IBM Consumer Transaction branch banking automation application prototype using IBM OS/2, IBM LAN Server, IBM FBSS/LANDP and IBM CM/2. Prototype was offer by IBM as a replacement to current AS/400 5250 emulation based application.

§ Design, develop, modify, implement, and support Bank Lippo’s IBM Consumer Transaction online branch banking application, as front end to HOGAN on IBM’s AS/400.

§ Enhance Lippo Bank’s home banking application, which was developed using Borland C++. Using IBM’s 8235 Remote Access Server to connect remotely to AS/400 and interact with HOGAN.

§ Involved in application development live cycle process, including requirement preparation, project assessment, application coding, application testing, pilot project, project implementation, and review.

§ Design and implement Windows NT based WEB, FTP, DHCP, and Proxy server on Bank Lippo Technology Group token ring LAN, to and maintain locally several important HTML based document such as Bank Lippo’s Branch Configuration Documentation, HTML Language Reference, JAVA Language Tutorial, etc.

§ Responsible to maintain and support Bank Lippo Technology Group Windows NT and IBM OS/2 based LAN connections to IBM AS/400 and IBM ES/9000.
